Take a Deep Breath!

O.K. then, The holiday weekend is over, and it's time to get back on track! Fresh fruit! All day long! Spring water with lemon! All day long! It's time to set some goals again! Small goals are what keeps us on track! Start with something like, no more cheese! Or, no more breads, unless it's sprouted bread!
Baby steps will keep you true to your goals! Summer is around the corner, and I know how much we all want to look good near the pool, or on the boat! So, take a few moments and decide, what you're going to sacrifice to look and feel better for! And remember, don't let anybody discourage you, you're in this for you, not them!  I'll be here for you every step of the way!    Now Get Out And Play!     Guy
