Time To Set Some Goals!
It's time to set some goals, and re-adjust our ways of thinking, if we ever really want to achieve success in our mission for better health and beauty! If you don't have a Nintendo Wii, I suggest getting one as soon as possible, as well as getting the Wii Fit game! These are vital tools that have helped me keep track of my Weight, my BMI, and shows you on a graph chart, your progress, at the same time allowing you to have fun playing games while getting fit! Doesn't that sound appealing? Having fun while losing weight and getting healthy! The Wii Fit allows you to create your own character, and you get to play games and set records with your character, there is also something you can do every morning called Body Test, where this measures your balance, your BMI, and your Weight! Also on this screen, you get to set weight loss or BMI loss goals! This is key to keeping yourself in check, and is also the driving force to get more exercise and eat better! If you can't afford a Wii Fit yet, at least get a scale, and weigh yourself daily, yes I said daily! And get some sort of exercise daily, whether that be a walk, or yoga, or basic exercises like stretching, or push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, these things are all free! So no excuses! Start Now!
