Are you full yet?

Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone, and now it's time to shed some pounds before Christmas! Oh boy, here we go again!  Fresh fruit people! All Day Long! Then eat a "Sensible" dinner like, Wild Rice with sauteed mushrooms and Steamed Broccoli with a sweet potato! Yummo! That's All Folks! Just do it! Just remember, "Nothing Tastes as good as "Thin" feels!  Now Get Out And Play!        Guy
