Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone, and now it's time to shed some pounds before Christmas! Oh boy, here we go again! Fresh fruit people! All Day Long! Then eat a "Sensible" dinner like, Wild Rice with sauteed mushrooms and Steamed Broccoli with a sweet potato! Yummo! That's All Folks! Just do it!
