What's for Lunch?
How about a A.L.T. Sandwich? Avocado, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwich!
First toast some Sprouted Bread, Mash up 1 Avocado, thinly slice 1 small tomato, and a couple pieces of romaine lettuce and spread avocado, sea salt on the tomatoes, then apply lettuce, Boom! you're done!

Time To Set Some Goals!
It's time to set some goals, and re-adjust our ways of thinking, if we ever really want to achieve success in our mission for better health and beauty! If you don't have a Nintendo Wii, I suggest getting one as soon as possible, as well as getting the Wii Fit game! These are vital tools that have helped me keep track of my Weight, my BMI, and shows you on a graph chart, your progress, at the same time allowing you to have fun playing games while getting fit! Doesn't that sound appealing? Having fun while losing weight and getting healthy! The Wii Fit allows you to create your own character, and you get to play games and set records with your character, there is also something you can do every morning called Body Test, where this measures your balance, your BMI, and your Weight! Also on this screen, you get to set weight loss or BMI loss goals! This is key to keeping yourself in check, and is also the driving force to get more exercise and eat better! If you can't afford a Wii Fit yet, at least get a scale, and weigh yourself daily, yes I said daily! And get some sort of exercise daily, whether that be a walk, or yoga, or basic exercises like stretching, or push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, these things are all free! So no excuses! Start Now! Take a Deep Breath!
O.K. then, The holiday weekend is over, and it's time to get back on track! Fresh fruit! All day long! Spring water with lemon! All day long! It's time to set some goals again! Small goals are what keeps us on track! Start with something like, no more cheese! Or, no more breads, unless it's sprouted bread!
Baby steps will keep you true to your goals! Summer is around the corner, and I know how much we all want to look good near the pool, or on the boat! So, take a few moments and decide, what you're going to sacrifice to look and feel better for! And remember, don't let anybody discourage you, you're in this for you, not them! I'll be here for you every step of the way! Now Get Out And Play! Guy

You Will Do It!
The "Memorial Day" holiday weekend is here again, so don't be tempted into eating all the crappy foods that will undoubtedly be laid out for you this weekend, probably at a friends or relatives house. To better prepare yourself for this, I suggest bringing along a veggie tray with you, and please don't murder it with ranch dip, instead, how about making some raw hummus? Look up the recipe in my earlier blogs, don't forget to bring corn on the cob. Remember, if you eat it raw, you can eat all you like, if you heat it up, it then becomes a starch! So, eat as raw as you can, and allow yourself to indulge in some red wine, or whatever fancies you! You will be glad you didn't give in! Maybe bring some Raw Fudge! (Again, look it up in earlier blogs!) Don't let the negative people allow yourself to become weak and give in! This is a long road with a great payoff in the end, so stick with me, and become what you want to become!

How about some Stuffed Mushrooms?
Hey, here's how I do Stuffed Mushrooms!
Make Guacamole: avocado, salsa, sea salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, cilantro, and lime.
Pull stems off of the mushrooms, peel the skin off the mushrooms and fill with guacamole!
I like to top mine off with Chipotle Tabasco! Enjoy! Now Get Out And Play! Guy

How about an afternoon wrap?
Raw Romaine Wraps!
Take the leaves of the romaine head to use as the wrap
Mix in a bowl: Grated Zucchini, grated carrot, diced red pepper, chopped mushrooms, Bragg's liquid amino's, Bragg's Raw apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, and mix with spoon, and fill romaine leaves to make several wraps! You only need a little bit of the Bragg's, so go lightly at first, you don't want it getting too soggy! I like to top mine off with some Chipotle Tabasco for some kick! Imagine yourself in perfect health & perfect shape, picture the body you want to have, and know deep in your mind that you will attain this body, and you will attain perfect health! If anybody ever tells you differently, simply ignore this negative energy, and get back on track of positive thinking! I can't tell you how many times I heard so many negative things when I began on this journey, and I ignored these negative thoughts of others, and replaced them with thoughts of my success as they had already happened! You see, what I did was dismiss any negative input & replaced it with positive input, and that's exactly what I attained, was positive results! The power of the mind is much more powerful than you could ever imagine! This power is even mentioned in the Bible! Don't let anybody influence your decision to better yourself! Just stop immediately, and replace those negative thoughts with positive results! I promise you, once you can see the end result in your mind, you will achieve success! Picture positive daily! May Day! May Day! May Day!
Summer's right around the corner, so let's not forget what really works to shed those extra pounds
we all so desperately need to lose! That's right! Raw food! Raw food people! Let's kick this mission
off today with some freshly made Green lemonade, followed a little later with from freshly made
fruit juice. I like to juice a honeydew & some apples to get me through the day, maybe some fresh
strawberries, watermelon, hey any fresh fruit will keep you going throughout the day, until you
reach dinner time! For those of you kinda new to going Raw, I suggest you just go " Raw until
Dinner" This way you don't go through such an extreme detox, to where it causes too much dis-
comfort at first. For dinner you want to stay away from anything white (potatoes) (rice) (flour)
(bread) You get the picture right? Stick with healthier choices like, Brown rice, Wild rice, Brown
rice pasta, corn tortilla's for some awesome Veggie Fajita's (Yummo) Rice & sauteed' mushrooms
are to die for! Put a side of steamed broccoli, maybe a Sweet potato, maybe some mashed cauliflower
You can saute red peppers, red onions, broccoli, mushrooms, green beans, I mean the list goes on
and on! You won't miss the meat! You can even make yourself a homemade healthy pizza! Just
get a brown rice flatbread or another healthy pita-like bread, make your sauce, add your favorite
ingredients, don't forget to buy Vegan cheese, 'cause the other stuff is not good for you! No Dairy!
No Meat! No Sugar! No Diet Pop! No pre-maid packaged foods! Except sprouted breads and Brown

The Easter Bunny is Coming!
Wait! Stop! Before you do something you're gonna regret! Put down the Ham! Put down the Turkey! There you go, scoop a big old helping of those nice green vegetables! Maybe a sweet potato? Hey People, There are so many great things to eat that don't have meat in them, and you will fully enjoy them. How about Wild Rice and Sauteed Mushrooms with some steamed broccoli and a sweet potato with a side salad instead?
