What's for Lunch?

How about a A.L.T. Sandwich? Avocado, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwich!
First toast some Sprouted Bread, Mash up 1 Avocado, thinly slice 1 small tomato, and a couple pieces of romaine lettuce and spread avocado, sea salt on the tomatoes, then apply lettuce, Boom! you're done!
No More Bacon!      Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato Sandwich on Toasted Sprouted Bread! Take that Meat Eaters!                 Now Get Out And Play!    Guy

Time To Set Some Goals!

It's time to set some goals, and re-adjust our ways of thinking, if we ever really want to achieve success in our mission for better health and beauty! If you don't have a Nintendo Wii, I suggest getting one as soon as possible, as well as getting the Wii Fit game! These are vital tools that have helped me keep track of my Weight, my BMI, and shows you on a graph chart, your progress, at the same time allowing you to have fun playing games while getting fit! Doesn't that sound appealing? Having fun while losing weight and getting healthy! The Wii Fit allows you to create your own character, and you get to play games and set records with your character, there is also something you can do every morning called Body Test, where this measures your balance, your BMI, and your Weight! Also on this screen, you get to set weight loss or BMI loss goals! This is key to keeping yourself in check, and is also the driving force to get more exercise and eat better! If you can't afford a Wii Fit yet, at least get a scale, and weigh yourself daily, yes I said daily! And get some sort of exercise daily, whether that be a walk, or yoga, or basic exercises like stretching, or push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, these things are all free! So no excuses! Start Now! Take a Deep Breath!

O.K. then, The holiday weekend is over, and it's time to get back on track! Fresh fruit! All day long! Spring water with lemon! All day long! It's time to set some goals again! Small goals are what keeps us on track! Start with something like, no more cheese! Or, no more breads, unless it's sprouted bread!
Baby steps will keep you true to your goals! Summer is around the corner, and I know how much we all want to look good near the pool, or on the boat! So, take a few moments and decide, what you're going to sacrifice to look and feel better for! And remember, don't let anybody discourage you, you're in this for you, not them!  I'll be here for you every step of the way!    Now Get Out And Play!     Guy

You Will Do It!

The "Memorial Day" holiday weekend is here again, so don't be tempted into eating all the crappy foods that will undoubtedly be laid out for you this weekend, probably at a friends or relatives house. To better prepare yourself for this, I suggest bringing along a veggie tray with you, and please don't murder it with ranch dip, instead, how about making some raw hummus? Look up the recipe in my earlier blogs, don't forget to bring corn on the cob. Remember, if you eat it raw, you can eat all you like, if you heat it up, it then becomes a starch! So, eat as raw as you can, and allow yourself to indulge in some red wine, or whatever fancies you! You will be glad you didn't give in! Maybe bring some Raw Fudge! (Again, look it up in earlier blogs!) Don't let the negative people allow yourself to become weak and give in! This is a long road with a great payoff in the end, so stick with me, and become what you want to become!

How about some Stuffed Mushrooms?

Hey, here's how I do Stuffed Mushrooms!
Make Guacamole: avocado, salsa, sea salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, cilantro, and lime.
Pull stems off of the mushrooms, peel the skin off the mushrooms and fill with guacamole!
I like to top mine off with Chipotle Tabasco! Enjoy!   Now Get Out And Play!    Guy
