I have tried many diets, and have always returned to my old ways, because many of those diets out there simply aren't sustainable or that healthy for you anyway. You may have Fish (The kind that is wild caught with scales) for dinner, if you so choose to not give up meat entirely. But eventually you must give up all meats to be truly healthy, because all meats are acidic to the body.
