Don't Forget Your Lemonade!

Green Lemonade : Juice 1 lemon ( The whole Lemon ), Juice 1 head of Romaine, 2 Apples...Enjoy
Consume this upon rising, then eat fruit throughout the morning, Have a salad for lunch, then have a sensible dinner ( No Meat or bad sugars or flours )........Get out and Play !!!
