This is key for those of you just starting out, and can be your way of eating forever, if you so choose.
I like to start out the day with Green Lemonade (see recipe below) then for breakfast I eat fresh fruit or Fresh Juice (That I make myself with a juicer) Then for lunch I have a salad with tomatoes, zucchini, kale, sprouts, shredded carrots, cucumber, mushrooms, and for dressing I use Bragg's Liquid Aminos & Bragg's Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and some freshly squeezed lemon. For dinner I'll have some Gazpacho or Raw Veggie Sushi or Raw Spaghetti. For those of you who go Raw Until Dinner, You can have a nice dinner like, Steamed Broccoli, Sweet Potato, Brown Rice with Grilled Mushrooms. (Mushroom Rice Rocks!)
Hey, It's a lot easier than it sounds, and it gets easier every day, besides the fact that you'll be losing a lot a fat, you will be super healthy, and your loved ones will thank you for being there for them in the future.
If you don't love yourself, how do you expect anybody to love you back? I love me so I can love you.
