Today we embark on a 10 day juice fast until St. Patty's Day.
Day 1 : Morning Green Lemonade
Apple,Cantaloupe,Strawberry,Pear Juice (Throughout the day)
Carrot,Celery,Tomato Juice, with sea salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, parsley, and cilantro
(For my Evening meal)
So far, so good, I just finished my evening drink (Yummy) Think V8, but better for you and better
tasting. Well, until tomorrow...Get out and Play !
