Look out for that Spyder!

So, It's time to take control over our bodies! Are you ready?

Juice fast Detox for 10 days: Juice Apples, Strawberries, Pears, Oranges, Blueberries, Grapes and drink as often as you get hungry. ( Juice Daily for best juice)

After 10 days of juice fasting, go on to the "Raw Until Dinner" plan.

"Raw Until Dinner" Typical meal plan;

Upon rising, Juice 2 apples, 1 lemon, 1 small head of Romaine or some Kale (Do not juice the apple core, because apple seeds contain cyanide) & Drink your "Green Lemonade"

Then throughout the rest of the morning, Eat fruit like, Oranges, Grapes, Apples, Pears, Cantaloupe, Water melon, Muskmelon, Honeydew.

For Lunch : Salad with Romaine, Carrots, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Cucumbers, Red Peppers, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil based Dressing.

For Dinner: Brown Rice with sauteed mushrooms and red peppers, Steamed Broccoli, and a sweet potato,

Late snack: Raw almonds and green olives

Well, This should get your body on the right track to become a fat burning, cholesterol lowering machine!   Well, Keep up on this and people will start to say, "Wow, look out for that Spyder!"   Guy
