What it Takes!

No meat, no bread, nothing made with flour, nothing white, no cheese, no eggs, no pasta, no soda pop, no milk, nothing but tea sweetened with honey, spring water with lemon is awesome!

Things that ARE good; Quinoa, brown rice, brown rice pasta, tomatoes, zucchini, celery, carrots, lemons, oranges, apples, grapes, melons, cucumber, mushrooms, raw almonds, raw sunflower seeds, raw nuts etc.
kale, romaine lettuce, greens! Broccoli, sweet potatoes, red onions, garlic, Alkalize your body! Stay away from foods that are acidic to the body and nature will do the rest.
