I have tried many diets, and have always returned to my old ways, because many of those diets out there simply aren't sustainable or that healthy for you anyway. Sure you lose weight on just about any diet. But can you keep it off? And truly believe you are really healthier? The best and first thing you should completely give up is meat of any kind. You may have Fish (The kind that is wild caught with scales) for dinner, if you so choose to not give up meat entirely. But eventually you must give up all meats to be truly healthy, because all meats are acidic to the body. So, stick with me, and get some real no-nonsense advice from a friend who has been there, done that more than once and has failed many times, until now. Stay Hungry.........Guy
