"Why should I eat Raw food anyway?
Eating predominantly cooked foods puts a real strain on your body. Enzymes are abundant in all raw foods, no so much in cooked foods, well, not at all in cooked foods really. When we heat food over 118 degrees fahrenheit, naturally occurring enzymes are destroyed in the process. Our bodies then need to manufacture digestive enzymes on there own, instead of letting the natural enzymes from food do the work for you. Why is his important? Because, when the body has to make digestive enzymes, it is unable to properly make enzymes for other important things like, manufacturing enzymes for metabolism, which it important for cleansing and losing fat, building muscle and oh yeah, for healing and fighting of viruses. If we don't get enough enzymes, our bodies will slowly begin to decline, leaving us with not-so-wonderful things like, indigestion, memory loss, bad skin, allergies, and mood swings. What it comes down to is simple, If we don't get an adequate supply of enzymes in our bodies we ultimately will die. So, Eat raw, eat fresh, juice when you can, Including vegetable juices for healing, and you maybe, just maybe, I won't have to hear you go, "Ah Ah Ahchooooooooooo!" Stay Hungry Guy
