Super Salad To The Rescue!

Tonight I needed some serious nutrition after a weekend of poor meal choices, so I decided it was time to whip up a serious salad. Tonight's salad contained; Kale, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Avocado, Clover Sprouts and Homemade dressing. The dressing is made from the juice of 2 fresh squeezed lemons, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of Bragg's Liquid Amino's ( A healthy, alkalizing alternative to soy sauce ) That's It ! Easy huh? Now go make your own and feel better!  Stay Hungry...Guy
