Hey, How about a salad?
I often see people that are trying to lose weight, eat salads, they eat salads at take-out places like, Wendy's or McDonald's, and all too often they wonder why they're not losing the weight like they thought they would, or why they're still hungry and want to binge before dinner on an unhealthy snack. O.K. That's where I come in. People, A salad is suppose to be composed of fresh vegetables and a smart choice of dressing. Not a salad that contains chicken or other meats or cheeses or croutons or garbonzo beans or prunes or raisins. You get the point right? A salad loaded down with all that garbage is just heavy dinner all tossed together to look like a salad. Keep it Raw or keep it away! Moving on, People have asked me why I juice as often as I do. Juicing lets you get a boat load of enzymes that are trapped inside the fibers of fresh vegetables that normally can't be absorbed into our bloodstream efficiently through normal digestion. By juicing you get all the benefits of live enzymes without wasting any digestive energy that can be better used on healing your body instead. A woman I know recently asked me,"Don't you miss chewing your food." I simple explained to her the reasons aforementioned herein to her and she seemed to understand then. So now you know why I like to make some form of gazpacho for dinner. So I don't have to have my body waste valuable energy digesting tons of fresh veggies. Until next time...Stay Hungry, Guy

Good blog, Guy. I'm going for a run in a few minutes. Late night runs are the best.
