How about an afternoon wrap?

Raw Romaine Wraps!
Take the leaves of the romaine head to use as the wrap
Mix in a bowl: Grated Zucchini, grated carrot, diced red pepper, chopped mushrooms, Bragg's liquid amino's, Bragg's Raw apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, and mix with spoon, and fill romaine leaves to make several wraps! You only need a little bit of the Bragg's, so go lightly at first, you don't want it getting too soggy! I like to top mine off with some Chipotle Tabasco for some kick! This makes for a quick and easy raw lunch or dinner, eat as much as you like!   Now Get Out And Play!      Guy
