May Day! May Day! May Day!
Summer's right around the corner, so let's not forget what really works to shed those extra pounds
we all so desperately need to lose! That's right! Raw food! Raw food people! Let's kick this mission
off today with some freshly made Green lemonade, followed a little later with from freshly made
fruit juice. I like to juice a honeydew & some apples to get me through the day, maybe some fresh
strawberries, watermelon, hey any fresh fruit will keep you going throughout the day, until you
reach dinner time! For those of you kinda new to going Raw, I suggest you just go " Raw until
Dinner" This way you don't go through such an extreme detox, to where it causes too much dis-
comfort at first. For dinner you want to stay away from anything white (potatoes) (rice) (flour)
(bread) You get the picture right? Stick with healthier choices like, Brown rice, Wild rice, Brown
rice pasta, corn tortilla's for some awesome Veggie Fajita's (Yummo) Rice & sauteed' mushrooms
are to die for! Put a side of steamed broccoli, maybe a Sweet potato, maybe some mashed cauliflower
You can saute red peppers, red onions, broccoli, mushrooms, green beans, I mean the list goes on
and on! You won't miss the meat! You can even make yourself a homemade healthy pizza! Just
get a brown rice flatbread or another healthy pita-like bread, make your sauce, add your favorite
ingredients, don't forget to buy Vegan cheese, 'cause the other stuff is not good for you! No Dairy!
No Meat! No Sugar! No Diet Pop! No pre-maid packaged foods! Except sprouted breads and Brown
rice, Wild rice etc. Eat as much Fresh produce as you can! Stay away from the aisles in the grocery
store, That's where they keep the poison that got us here in the first place!  Now go get Raw!   Guy
